I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient, and there was even a shuttle service available for transportation within a 2-mile radius. The location was perfect, being in a good area for access to the medical centers and also close to the NRG Stadium. I was excited to be able to see the stadium so close. The breakfast provided was delicious and not just a grab-and-go option. The staff, especially Evan at the front desk, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. it was a wonderful experience.

The staff was outstanding from check, in to check, out. the breakfast area was clean and spacious. I enjoyed having a cup of coffee outside and relaxing. the rooms were updated and had everything I needed, including plenty of charging outlets. the pool area was well, kept and the hot tub looked inviting. the hotel had a great location near the medical center.

I was disappointed with the lack of a full, length mirror on the bathroom door. the shuttle could have been bigger and more accessible for people with disabilities.
