Great location, with easy access to Stanford University, Palo Alto downtown, and Caltrain station. The room was comfortable and well-sized. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering to refund my ruined bathing suit immediately. I would recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, friendly staff, reasonable rates, bonus feature of fire pits, little touches like free bottled water and snacks.

We were thrilled with the location of the hotel, being so close to Stanford Football stadium. It made attending the game a breeze! The rooms were comfortable and the decor was modern and stylish. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

Great Staff and Service: the staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was friendly and helpful. They made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

Lack of Thorough Cleaning: Unfortunately, the room did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. There were some stains on the bathroom wall and a few items left behind from the previous guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Cleanliness and hotel facilities were outstanding. The location, right next to the train station and close to the Town & Country shopping center, made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Clean, small hotel with great service. Enjoyed the personalized breakfast omelettes and good coffee. Comfortable room with thoughtful details like lavender oil and convenient charging ports.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station which made it very convenient for exploring the area. The room service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had great amenities including a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The free Wi-Fi in the room was also a big plus.

I stayed at Westin Palo Alto for an overnight visit to Stanford Medical. The property was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The location was perfect, being close to Stanford Medical and great dining options. I had a positive experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

Beds were super comfortable, with crispy sheets and fluffy pillows. the hotel had a great fitness center and a well-maintained pool and spa. the hotel also has a good variety of food options, including a wellness menu with healthy choices. the location was key, being close to shopping, nightlife, and Stanford.

The room service was a little overpriced, with too many surcharges. I also wished they offered premium channels like HBO.

I got great value for my money at The Westin. The room was comfortable and clean, with a fantastic bed. The hotel's location was perfect, close to Stanford Medical and great dining options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, especially in terms of variety.
