Great location, with easy access to Stanford University, Palo Alto downtown, and Caltrain station. The room was comfortable and well-sized. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering to refund my ruined bathing suit immediately. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the Westin in Palo Alto. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the nearby Stanford University and trendy shopping areas. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we especially loved the fire pits by the swimming pool. The little touches like free bottled water and snacks made us feel well taken care of. The room was incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful details like lavender oil to help us sleep and convenient charging ports near the bed. we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great Staff and Service: the staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was friendly and helpful. They made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

Lack of Thorough Cleaning: Unfortunately, the room did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. There were some stains on the bathroom wall and a few items left behind from the previous guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was top-notch. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and provided everything we needed. The location, right across from Stanford University, was incredibly convenient. We were able to explore the beautiful campus and try delicious burgers at Gott's Roadside in the shopping center next door. We also appreciated the friendly and attentive staff, particularly Alberto, one of the long-time servers, and the restaurant manager.

The room service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had great amenities including a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The free Wi-Fi in the room was also a big plus.
