The hotel is conveniently situated near all the places we wanted to visit. We didn't have to travel far from our location to get to our destination. Additionally, the sitting area was perfect as it was roomy and comfortable, which made a perfect spot to relax in the evening and cozy up with a book.

Stayed at Springhill Suites for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location was perfect, with a free shuttle and town trolley to take us to downtown. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options including meat, biscuits and gravy, fruit, and pastries. The room layout was great, with a comfortable trundle bed and a separate toilet area. The staff was also very helpful, providing us with maps and making our stay easy.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rates were reasonable, especially considering the convenient location near downtown. The rooms with queen beds and pull-out twin mattresses were perfect for our family visit to the US Space & Rocket Center. The staff provided excellent service, attending to all of our requests. The basic amenities were well-maintained and the breakfast was delightful.

The only downside was that our room with the pull-out twin mattress on the base of the sofa wasn't cleaned by housekeeping.
