Just loved having to deal with mixed up rooms, rude staff, limited half board options, bored kids, and the constant annoyance of email and phone calls. So worth the price!

We recently stayed at a hotel for our romantic escape and we were pleasantly surprised by the modern and luxurious room decor. the breakfast was outstanding with plenty of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the peaceful and stunning view from our room.

We also found it difficult to find family-friendly restaurants within walking distance. the shower had low water pressure and the hygiene products were difficult to open and close.

Located near the Royal Palace, this hotel offers stunning views of the fountain and easy access to the water park. The beach is just steps away, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The spacious rooms and well-designed bathrooms offer comfort and luxury. The friendly and attentive staff provide excellent service. The breakfast options are delicious and varied. Guests can enjoy the top-class facilities, such as the pools and tennis court. a great choice for a relaxing getaway.

Some restaurants in the hotel do not allow children, which can be inconvenient for families.

I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning architecture and design of Atlantis The Royal. The attention to detail in the interiors and finishings created a luxurious and elegant atmosphere. The layout of the resort was well thought out, making it easy to walk anywhere on the property, whether it was the gardens or the beach.

One small drawback was the limited space in the tea making area of the room, considering the room size. Additionally, it would have been helpful if the residence area had clear gates to indicate where guests should not walk.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! the exclusive amenities were top, notch, and the service was exceptional. I indulged in a full, body massage at the Spa & Wellness Center and felt like I was in paradise. the infinity pool on the sun terrace provided stunning views and sun loungers for relaxation. the restaurant options were endless and the in, room breakfast was a perfect start to each day.

The only minor issue I experienced was the wait for the poolside snack bar. the staff apologized and made up for it with a complimentary poolside cocktail.

The water park is also conveniently located nearby, offering hours of fun and excitement for guests. the hotel is within walking distance to the mesmerizing fountain show and the majestic Royal Palace. The rooms are not only nice and clean but also offer breathtaking views of the surroundings. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to assist.

There were some issues with the water pressure in the bathroom, which could use improvement.

The hotel is stunning, modern, and offers an amazing view. The room and breakfast were perfect. The aqua park for kids was a great addition. The staff, especially Mr. Ruben at the front desk, were friendly and provided excellent service. The high class restaurants and breathtaking fountain added to the overall experience.
