I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Yolanda from the breakfast crew. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location around the Jax Airport area was convenient and safe. After a horrific booking experience down the road in an unsafe location, this hotel was a breath of fresh air.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites for a couple of nights for a business meeting. The breakfast was exceptional, with delicious sausage and freshly cooked waffles. I have to mention the lovely lady, Gloria, who took care of the breakfast line. She went above and beyond by making me a fresh cup of coffee when she noticed it was a bit cold. The staff at the front desk was also amazing, turning a problem with room keys into a positive experience by personally escorting guests to their rooms. The rooms were great, and even though the TV menu was incorrect, the front desk clerk was friendly and accommodating. the staff made me feel welcome and the location was conveniently close to my meeting.

Although everything else was fine, there was a slight issue with a bad smell in the room. Luckily, the AC helped mask the smell and it got better over time.

We had a great stay here at this hotel! The location is perfect for families with a nice shopping center in between two areas. The service was exceptional with room service, shops and laundry conveniently on site. The rooms were well-equipped with all necessary amenities and comfortable seating area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even offering a shuttle service to and from the airport. The leisure swimming pool and sun terrace were a great way to unwind and the free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus.
