The room was exceptional, exceeding expectations. Wish I stayed longer. Very accommodating staff allowed me to park my trailer without inconveniencing others. Cleaning staff went above and beyond, even setting up a sweet surprise for my granddaughter. Breakfast had plenty of options and flexible timing. Anthony was friendly and offered us tickets to the Poppy Festival.

The hotel did not provide any smoking rooms, which was an inconvenience for those who enjoy an occasional smoke. Having to go outside and walk a distance to smoke was a bit inconvenient and took away from the overall comfort of the stay.

We had a lovely time during our romantic weekend getaway. the location was ideal with many nearby shops and restaurants that we enjoyed visiting. We also appreciated the complimentary champagne and chocolates waiting for us in our room upon arrival. the room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities to make our stay cozy and relaxing.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were not great. the noise from neighboring rooms and the hallways was quite distracting, especially during the evening.

We enjoyed our stay at Springhill Suites. The breakfast was good and filling. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the room and facilities. Even though our car was vandalized, the staff were helpful and offered to call the police. we had a comfortable stay.
