I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, and they were a nice size to accommodate two families. In a sticky situation, the hotel really helped us out. They provided a resourceful pool that kept the children entertained, and they also offered a filling breakfast every day. The location was great, with easy access to the Las Vegas activity as well as being in a nice area in Henderson. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. this hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay.

I stayed at Springhill Suites for 3 nights while visiting Las Vegas. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the Strip. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was impeccably clean. I loved starting my day with the complimentary hot coffee and breakfast, and the free high-speed internet was a great perk. The parking lot felt secure with its well-lit surroundings and key card access to the exterior doors during the night.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a great value for the money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location in a residential area with easy access to the Las Vegas activity was perfect for us. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, such as the dispensers in the shower and USB sockets for charging devices, were very convenient. The internet connected workspace in the room was a bonus, and having breakfast included made our mornings hassle-free. We were also pleased with the hotel's proximity to my daughter and the fact that it was away from the smoky casinos on the strip.

All was fine, no complaints whatsoever.

Conveniently located near the 215 freeway, this hotel was a great choice for my visit to Las Vegas. the rooms were well, appointed, spacious, and clean. the staff, from the desk attendants to the housekeeping and breakfast staff, were all friendly and helpful. Speaking of breakfast, it was hands down the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. the variety and quality of food surpassed my expectations. Additionally, the hotel's quiet location made it a peaceful and relaxing retreat from the bustling city.

My experience was marred by the lack of coordination during check, in. the General Manager seemed uninterested in taking responsibility for the check, in issues and blamed the staff.

The hotel offered spacious rooms, perfect for families. the indoor pool was a great option, and the fact that guests could use the outdoor pool at the sister property was a plus. the location, about 20 minutes away from the Las Vegas strip, allowed for a quieter and more suburban environment. Additionally, not having to pay resort fees was a nice advantage.

The check-in process was a major letdown, with rooms not being together and delays in getting the elderly guests settled. the broken bathroom locks and loud fan were also disappointing.
