We loved the spacious and beautifully decorated Mozart Suite. The complementary bottle of champagne, fresh fruit, and water were a nice touch. The WiFi was super-fast and reliable. The hotel's ideal placement allowed us to easily walk to all the places that mattered in Salzburg. The staff provided first-class concierge service and spoke excellent English. The large underground parking and the piano player in the lounge/restaurant added to the overall experience.

Our room was spacious and had a lovely view of the gardens. the bathroom was well, appointed and the shower was great. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions and transportation. We also enjoyed the complimentary umbrella provided during our stay.

There were a few disappointments during our stay. the hotel ran out of English, language brochures for the Salzburg card, which caused some inconvenience.
