As low-budget travelers, we loved the excellent location near popular tourist sites and subway lines. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic with a variety of options.

We had a fantastic stay at Springhill Suites! The central location near Bryant Park and metro stations made it easy to explore. Our room had a stunning view of the Empire State Building and was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the breakfast had a great variety. Highly recommended!

Great location, friendly staff, spacious room with a view of the Empire State Building. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a large shower and the room was always clean. The amenities provided, such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels. The hotel also offered a microwave, fridge, hairdryer, and ironing facilities. a fantastic experience for business guests.

We were delighted with our stay at Springhill Suites in NYC. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that our reservation had been upgraded to a room with a beautiful view of the city skyline. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Despite being in the heart of the city, we found the room to be surprisingly quiet, allowing us to get a great night's sleep.

Although the breakfast area could get crowded at times, the variety of food options and the tasty breakfast made up for it. The hotel also offered gluten-free alternatives upon request, which was a nice touch.

Convenient room size for 3 suitcases, comfy Queen beds. Clean, modern bathroom. Excellent location with food options, shopping area, and 5th Avenue nearby. Quick Uber/Lyft rides around the city for $10. Modern, refurbished hotel. Friendly and active staff. Breakfast included with pastries, yogurt, cereal, juices, fruits.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the location in the center of Midtown. The staff were attentive to detail and the basic amenities in the room were just what I needed. I also appreciated having a room with a tub in the bathroom, providing a nice view from the small bathroom.

All was fine, no improvements needed.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to all attractions including the Empire State Building. It's within walking distance of lots of different attractions, perfect for exploring the city. The staff is friendly and the decor is pleasant. The breakfast is better than most free hotel breakfasts and there are additional facilities like a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine in the room.

The maid service left much to be desired.

Just returned from a visit to Springhill Suites in Midtown Manhattan. Stayed for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic time. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel welcomed and refreshed after a long journey. The location of the hotel was excellent, with great views of the Empire State Building just a couple of blocks away. The room was clean, modern, and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was more than adequate, with a wide range of options to choose from. a great experience and would definitely use the hotel again.
