The queen studio offered a spacious experience with a view that delighted us daily. The location made exploring iconic landmarks easy, and the staff were consistently warm and accommodating. In our busy schedule, the complimentary breakfast was a welcome convenience, though its variety could use enhancement. However, navigating the elevators was surprisingly quick, making movement hassle-free during our six-night stay.

The staff were great! AC went out but they had it fixed in no time. Plus, the location was perfect for hitting all the tourist spots, just a short walk to the subway at Herald Square! Can't beat that rooftop bar next door for a drink after a long day! Certainly helped relax after being on my feet all day.

Rooms are small and feel cramped!!! The frosted glass bathroom doors offer zero privacy!!! Elevators tend to malfunction and create unnecessary wait times during busy hours!!! It’s an underwhelming value for the price!!!

Loved staying here! The location nailed it for exploring all the cool spots. Breakfast was decent, but they did have yummy apples and bananas. Just a heads up, the room felt a bit cramped sometimes, especially with the weird glass bathroom door thing. Still, staff was super friendly and helpful.

Loved the location, super central. just steps from Times Square and the Empire State Building. The staff was super helpful. The breakfast had a decent amount of variety, felt adequate for what we needed.
