The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was conveniently close to popular areas and attractions.

The elevators were slow and unreliable. the walls were thin and the noise level was high, making it difficult to sleep.

Unpleasant odor in the lobby spread throughout the hotel. Lack of amenities in common areas, such as no pool or outdoor seating.

We had a wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful, offering advice and answering all of our questions. They even surprised us with a beautifully decorated room for our anniversary. The location was perfect, with a bar nearby and close proximity to the park and beach. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we especially appreciated the comfortable bed and amazing water pressure in the bathroom. The front desk staff, especially Ashley, were incredibly kind and accommodating. Despite a small issue with one staff member, they went out of their way to lend us a computer and print important documents for us. we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a fantastic stay at Sonder The Abbey. The room was clean, classy, and modern, with a vintage Art Deco appeal. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a bit too large for my liking. The TV monitor had nice quality. The location was amazing, and the staff made me feel like family. I was blown away by my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the anniversary decoration in our room, adding a special touch to our trip. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, making it easy to stay connected during our stay.

The walls between rooms are quite thin, allowing for noise to be easily heard.
