The staff was very nice and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious, with great amenities like a pullout sofa and a modern bathroom. The location is perfect, with a train station within walking distance that takes you downtown, and it's also near some great coffee shops and restaurants.

Rooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements and great amenities such as a pullout sofa and a spacious bathroom with all the necessities. Breakfast is a treat with two hot items to choose from.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, very accommodating and kind. They couldn't have been better! The location of the hotel was also great, very convenient for exploring the city. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the fresh fruit and Starbux coffee offered at breakfast.

Additionally, it is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore downtown. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The spacious and clean room, equipped with a microwave and fridge, was perfect for my needs. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The check-in staff was friendly and engaging, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

We had a great stay at Springhill Suites. The breakfast was delicious and the room was very clean. We appreciated the wheelchair accessible bathroom and the grab bars, which really helped my husband with his mobility issues. we recommend this hotel for a comfortable, accommodating stay.

During our recent stay at Springhill Suites, we experienced a power outage due to high winds in the area. However, the staff quickly responded by activating the generator, ensuring that we had electricity until the power was restored. We were impressed by their quick thinking and dedication to ensuring guest comfort.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a tight parking garage and some noise from the AC equipment, these did not significantly impact our overall experience at Springhill Suites.
