I had an incredible stay at Posada de la Luna! the staff, especially Maurizio, were genuine, friendly, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. the location was perfect, just a short walk to everything in town. My room had a beautiful private garden patio, and the breakfast options were delicious. the whole place had a charming and warm atmosphere, thanks to the heart and soul Maurizio put into creating it. I can't recommend Posada de la Luna enough!

I recently stayed at Posada de la Luna for two weeks and decided to extend my stay for another two weeks. The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to assist guests and make them feel at home. The decor is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect - close to the park but away from the noise. The breakfast is delicious and served like a fine restaurant. The entire hotel is spotless and the service is impeccable.

We were pleasantly surprised at this venue for our recent trip. The location was perfect - in an area of peace and quiet, yet close to the bustling city centre and all the tourist destinations - truly the best of both worlds. The services provided were exceptional, with room service, car hire, housekeeping, and laundry, as well as tours and ticket assistance and a shuttle service to makes things even more convenient. The room amenities were excellent, including air conditioning, ironing facilities, flat-screen TV and free toiletries, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

With its warm and friendly staff, Hotel Posada De La Luna made our family feel right at home. The delicious breakfast and fresh fruit snacks were a hit with the kids.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was as close to the center as other hotels. I was also glad to find out that it was located near the police station, which made me feel safe during my visit. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful terrace to enjoy the view. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the oatmeal and frijoles.

That I didn't inquire about the different room options, as the bed in my room was a bit small for my liking.

Our Easter break was saved by this place! They gave us complementary drinks upon arrival and let us do a late check-out for free. the location was just a few steps from the market and it was pretty easy to get to the touristy area. the breakfast was really good and filling. We loved the complimentary toiletries provided.

But, one major drawback was the thin walls and the loud noise from the street. We could hear everything outside and we struggled to sleep comfortably.

The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us and make our Easter stay memorable. They helped us arrange tours and transportation, and provided excellent communication throughout. the breakfasts were a standout, with a great variety of delicious options. the rooms were a good size and the location felt safe, with only a short walk to key attractions.

The shower occasionally had low water pressure and inconsistent temperatures, which was a common issue across the area. the Wi-Fi also had some spotty moments, particularly during early morning work hours.
