I recently stayed at Springhill Suites for a weekend trip to Pittsburgh. The staff was incredibly helpful, allowing us to park our motorcycles up front and close to the building. The location couldn't be better, with PNC Park just 50ft away and within walking distance of all the steel work. The room itself was spacious, with a mini-fridge and microwave, and the attached restaurant and bar, 'SOHO', had great service and a lively atmosphere.

We loved our stay here! The hotel was very clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, always available at the front desk 24/7. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to everything in downtown Pittsburgh.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - just down the street from Heinz Field and conveniently near the subway station. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, especially the cheerful woman with the braids in the breakfast room. She went above and beyond to make sure everything on the buffet was well-stocked and attended to guests' needs. Moreover, I found the rooms to be well-appointed, with great TVs and comfortable king-sized beds. Lastly, the inclusive breakfast was a nice touch, offering a variety of options to start the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable and I had no major complaints.

We had a minor issue with the heating unit making noise, but the front desk promptly sent the maintenance man to fix it. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even made a birthday celebration special for one of the employees. The pool was enjoyable, and my grandson loved the interactive drawing board on the wall. We also appreciated the convenient location near the metro station for easy transportation. The proximity to PPG Paints Arena was a bonus for watching the Pens.

The renovations of the hotel were impressive, with a nice color scheme and comfortable beds. Checking in was easy, especially for Marriott Bonvoy members. the shuttle service was convenient for getting around.

Some guests experienced issues with hot water in the showers, and there were inconsistencies with the shuttle service. Additionally, there were occasional issues with the phone cord in the hotel rooms.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view from our suite, which was just a short walk to PNC Park. The friendly and upbeat staff made our stay even more enjoyable. we had a great experience at this hotel.

Great location for Pittsburgh sports fans, close to everything. Easy access to highways and bridges. Clean rooms with friendly staff. Fast check-in and check-out.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay in the city with all family members. the continental breakfast was satisfactory with plenty of choices to start your day. Two complimentary hot chocolates were a perfect touch to the holiday mood. the location was ideal for those visiting the city and witnessing the Christmas lights and the beautiful city views. the staff were friendly and welcoming and helped arrange a shuttle service to the nearby shopping mall which was one of our favourite experiences while staying there.

The room was a bit cramped and the temperature was hard to regulate. the pillows were too hard and caused discomfort during the night.
