We had a minor issue with the heating unit making noise, but the front desk promptly sent the maintenance man to fix it. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even made a birthday celebration special for one of the employees. The pool was enjoyable, and my grandson loved the interactive drawing board on the wall. We also appreciated the convenient location near the metro station for easy transportation. The proximity to PPG Paints Arena was a bonus for watching the Pens.

The renovations of the hotel were impressive, with a nice color scheme and comfortable beds. Checking in was easy, especially for Marriott Bonvoy members. the shuttle service was convenient for getting around.

Some guests experienced issues with hot water in the showers, and there were inconsistencies with the shuttle service. Additionally, there were occasional issues with the phone cord in the hotel rooms.

Great location for Pittsburgh sports fans, close to everything. Easy access to highways and bridges. Clean rooms with friendly staff. Fast check-in and check-out.

I got great value for my money at Springhill Suites. The wheelchair accessible room was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with everything I wanted to do within a short walk. The evening staff was top-notch and extremely courteous, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for our family of five. The location on the North Shore was ideal, as it was a quick walk over the bridge to downtown and close to bars. Being only 50ft away from PNC park, we could easily enjoy Pittsburgh Pirates baseball games. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The value for money at this hotel was great, with a clean and spacious room and comfortable beds. Additionally, the rooms were kept very clean throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic, right across the street from PNC Park and within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants on the North Shore.

We loved our stay here! The hotel was very clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, always available at the front desk 24/7. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to everything in downtown Pittsburgh.
