We had a great time at Viva Maya! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The food was good with plenty of options, and the bartenders made amazing cocktails. The pools were cool and there was even a separate pool for adults. The beach was perfect, despite the seaweed issue. The activities and entertainment were enjoyable, and the staff was friendly and professional. The location was convenient, within walking distance to town.

I had a wonderful time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with a beachfront view and easy access to the pool and eating area. The hotel was currently under renovation, but they had moved everything down towards the beach and pool area, which was a nice touch. The staff were all friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. The hotel had a lot of amenities available, such as room service, car hire, and a spa & wellness center. I especially enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. The beach access was also a great feature, allowing me to easily enjoy the beautiful coastline. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay here truly enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Viva Maya. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and town. The food at the buffet and à la carte restaurants was delicious, especially the Mexican, Italian, and Mediterranean options. We also enjoyed the after dinner shows, and the staff were always polite and accommodating. we had a great experience at Viva Maya and would recommend it to others.

The only drawback was that the toilets near the reception and trapeze area were not always very clean. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience.

While at the beach area, we enjoyed dining at Portofino’s restaurant, with delicious food and a beautiful view of the ocean. We also loved participating in the various activities available like dance classes with energetic staff. At the beach bar, the drinks were refreshing and the service was prompt.

Sadly, the room we stayed in lacked adequate storage space for our clothes, creating clutter and inconvenience during our stay.

The food was great and there were plenty of options. We had an issue with our room at check-in, but the staff quickly resolved it and even gave us a complimentary upgrade. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing vacation.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel, the location was wonderful with beach access and a private area. The staff was amazing, friendly and always ready to help. My room was spacious with a balcony, in-room safe and a flat-screen TV. The hotel had plenty of amenities like a spa and wellness centre, a swimming pool, a kid's club, and activities such as kayaking, cycling. I enjoyed having a snack bar and a bar/lounge area where I could relax and have a drink.

I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends for their next vacation.

Excellent staff, friendly and welcoming. Clean beach and good variety of beach equipment available. Great entertainment show and activities. Good food in dining places. Comfortable and clean rooms, with daily changes of towels and bed sheets.

The food selections were good and there were plenty of options to choose from. the staff was very responsive and provided excellent service. - the beach area was great and offered a beautiful view.

The floors throughout the resort were extremely slippery when wet, causing multiple falls. The pool was overcrowded and it took at least 30 minutes to get a drink.

The beach was stunning and the restaurants exceeded our expectations. the variety of food and the attentive service made our dining experiences enjoyable. the location of the hotel was ideal, with close proximity to downtown and a shopping plaza. Additionally, the resort offered a range of fun activities for both kids and adults.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. the pools closed early at 8 pm, limiting evening entertainment options.
