the springhill suites had a great location near shops and restaurants, which was super convenient. the king suite was spacious, and the breakfast was a nice touch with options like scrambled eggs and fresh fruit. overall, it felt fresh and clean, which I really appreciated.

But I did spot a hairball under the toilet roll holder—charming, right? And the housekeeper must’ve taken a vacation on my second day, lol!

I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. Upon entering, we found remnants of previous guests, including trash in the bins and hair on the bathroom floor. Despite multiple requests for housekeeping, our room was never cleaned thoroughly, and I felt ignored after bringing my concerns to the front desk. This lack of attention to cleanliness and service diminished our overall experience at the hotel.

the breakfast situation was just a chaos. standing room only, how quaint. also, the ice machine on the 4th floor was mysteriously out of order, just as i expected refreshments. honestly, a complimentary upgrade would have been nice after such an inconvenience, but i guess i’m not special. almost left a good review, but just couldn't.
