We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything we wanted to see and do. Despite being in a lively area, we were not bothered by any noise from the famous nightlife. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and they made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, including a lovely terrace with garden furniture where we could relax and enjoy the view. The hotel also provided free toiletries and had a television with cable/satellite channels. We were impressed by the dining options, as the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious meals and drinks. The breakfast served was a great start to our day. this place provided us with an excellent experience, and we would highly recommend it to families looking for a memorable stay.

The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with a nice lounge area near the lobby where I could relax and unwind. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently situated around the corner from the Casino and the Mississippi, making it easy for me to explore this city's vibrant atmosphere. Moreover, the hotel staff, especially the manager Dorian, were extremely helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was exceptional.

I stayed at St. James Hotel for a long weekend and had an amazing time. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast they delivered to our room was fresh and delicious. The hotel has a lot of character, and its location was perfect for exploring the French Quarter and the Mississippi River. There were plenty of parking options nearby, and the hotel even provided a list of their recommended restaurants. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose St. James Hotel again.

We loved how everything was within walking distance, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The room was unique and comfortable, with wood floors and a full-length mirror in the closet. The hot water worked perfectly and we appreciated the abundance of USB ports. The pool and garden areas were absolutely gorgeous.

The service . Our key kept demagnetizing and getting a replacement seemed like an inconvenience for the front desk.

As a solo traveler, I loved the relaxed and inviting seating areas for hanging out. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location near the French Quarter, aquarium, casino, Walgreens, and Starbucks. the staff, especially Pedro, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us with finding parking and gave us directions to nearby attractions.

There were some cleanliness issues in the room, with old towels and dirty cleaning supplies left in the bathroom sink. There was also a roach in the room, which was quite unpleasant.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They surprised us with a room upgrade and even sang Happy Birthday to me on my special day. the doorman was incredibly knowledgeable about the city and gave us great tips on where to go. the location was also fantastic, with easy access to parking and attractions.

There were a few issues during our stay. the first day, our room had a collapsed bed which caused my husband to fall and bruise his knee.

Our romantic weekend escape was delightful! the staff was very welcoming and our room was impeccably clean. Two complimentary glasses of champagne and chocolates in our room were a nice touch. the location was key - we were within walking distance of many incredible restaurants and attractions. the rooftop pool offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. a wonderful experience for a romantic getaway.

The price was a bit high and the bed was slightly uncomfortable. the soundproofing in the walls was not great - we could hear our neighbors at times.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions and in a quiet area. The rooms were clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The courtyard was beautiful and provided shelter during rain showers. We would definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel was perfect, being near the French Quarter but not in the middle of it. It was just a short walk to Bourbon Street and the French Market. Additionally, the hotel was close to Canal Street, which made it easy to access transportation options like trolleys and HOHO stops. Another advantage was the delivery of continental breakfast to the room, which was a convenient and enjoyable way to start the day.

The hotel had some issues that affected my stay. there was a problem with the air conditioning in both rooms I was moved to.
