I recently stayed at The St Regis in Bal Harbour for a relaxing vacation and it was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff made me feel so special and the hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The rooms are lovely and the pool staff were extremely helpful. I also enjoyed dining at their new tea restaurant. the hotel's structure, facilities, and staff were superb, and I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay.

Received Complementary Champagne & Room Ready Early. Great Location close to Beach. The hotel offered a nice touch with complementary champagne upon check-in, and even had our room ready earlier than expected. the location was great and within walking distance to the beach.

Our stay was plagued with poor service and disappointing maintenance. Housekeeping left dirty dishes in our room, and our complaints were not addressed in a timely manner.
