The bed was huge and the pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch. The hotel facilities were second to none, with thoughtful touches like white noise generators and foam earplugs. The location was perfect, as it was centrally located and within walking distance of many top attractions, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and the morning restaurant staff were friendly and polite. The staff in general were welcoming and always offered helpful information without me having to ask. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

We had an excellent stay at this venue! The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, right in downtown and in the center of the main attractions on the Magnificent Mile. The customer service was fantastic, with staff who are very customer service oriented, catering to our every need. The welcome drink was such a nice touch, and the amenities in our room such as the flat-screen tv and refrigerator really enhanced our comfort. Plus, the leisure facilities are fantastic, including the spa & wellness center and indoor swimming pool!

We reserved a King room but upon check-in, it wasn't available. The front desk clerk upgraded us to a corner room for free which was a fantastic surprise. The room was spacious and comfortable with modern decor. I recommend this hotel.

Location is great, being in a central spot near everything on Michigan Ave and the Magnificent Mile, making it easy to explore the city. The modern and clean rooms are well equipped with fridges. The hotel also offers great wifi, even its basic version, and the 2nd-floor check-in offers safety.

It was too bad that, despite having some minor issues, the hotel didn't make much effort to solve any of them, from the wrong room to the non-functioning air conditioning, they were all left unaddressed.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the spacious bathroom was a nice bonus. I also loved that the suite I was upgraded to had everything I needed, including a sleep machine. The view from the large window was absolutely stunning, showcasing the city lights. a great stay at a fantastic location.
