The Stage Coach Lodge in Downtown Monterey impressed me with its clean and comfortable room, equipped with modern granite bathrooms and ADA accessibility features, making it suitable for a comfortable two-night stay. The hotel's unique garden area provided a tranquil spot for relaxation, and its convenient location near the Del Monte Golf Course and Dennis the Menace Park made for enjoyable leisure activities.

I had a very pleasant stay at this motel in Monterey. The location was convenient, with easy access to major roads. The room was clean, comfortable, and recently updated. I especially loved the comfortable bed and the nice decor. Despite the minor inconvenience of the power going out in the morning, the staff handled the situation well. I appreciated their effort to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend this motel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Monterey.

We had a delightful surprise during our stay at Stage Coach Lodge. The staff members were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. One kind gentleman even brought me a cup of tea when we ran out of tea bags. The room was spacious with a wonderfully comfortable bed and a well-sized bathroom. Everything was impeccably clean. We appreciated having a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave in the room. The continental breakfast offered a nice variety of cereals, fruits, pastries, and toast, along with a choice of juices, coffees. It was such great value for money. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as parking in front of the rooms and a small pool, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The WiFi was a bit challenging to connect to, but once connected, it served our basic needs. The decor of the room was slightly outdated and mismatched, but it didn't hinder our overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, with functional and well, maintained amenities. the bed was cozy, and the pillows provided a good night's sleep. the fact that there were no broken items or tears in the room was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and plenty of parking spaces available. the friendly and accommodating staff provided excellent service. I also appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of make, up remover tissues in addition to the usual toiletries.

The room size, although not a major issue, could have been slightly larger for a king bed room. It would have been nice if breakfast was included, but it was not a deal, breaker.
