My stay at Renaissance was consistently good from start to finish. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, even during early morning departure. The food and beverage offerings were excellent and the staff was attentive. The Elite lounge, especially their Monday night presentations, exceeded my expectations. The hotel's proximity to business in Walnut Creek was convenient, and the parking and valet staff were incredibly attentive. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Renaissance for a wedding for 2 nights. Pleasant surprise as I didn't realize it was by Marriott. Clean room, great location, and Starbucks in the lobby. After bad experiences with Marriott, this property may bring me back to the brand. Just booked another Marriott property in Seattle!

We had an amazing time at this place. The location was perfect, with easy access to the greater San Francisco area and breathtaking walking tracks near the bay area. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the dry cleaning. The room amenities were also excellent, with a sitting area, soundproofed rooms, and comfortable patio furniture.

Enjoyed the impressive gym and pool facilities. The evening yoga class was exceptional. Had a comfortable and spacious Junior Suite, although some room maintenance issues. Room service was good. Recommended for fitness enthusiasts. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

They even helped us with disposing of some paperwork and brought a microwave to our room for our convenience. The amenities were top-notch, with the option to enjoy an early morning yoga class and relax by the pool until late in the evening. The room itself was beautifully decorated and provided a super comfy environment for us to unwind after a long day. Additionally, the location was perfect for us as it was close to various activities for our kids and within walking distance of public transportation. We truly felt like we got a good deal by choosing this venue.

Convenient location and classy atmosphere. the hotel offered an early morning yoga class, which I loved. the teacher, David, was great! Also, the pools were open late, giving me the opportunity to relax and unwind after a long day. the room was super comfy and nicely decorated, making me feel at home away from home.

The parking was difficult and there were no elevators, which made it challenging for people with mobility problems. the restaurant and bar closed early, even on weekends, and there were no options for dinner or drinks.

Friendly staff, helpful with paperwork. Microwave provided in room. Good location for biking and running trails. Able to accommodate late check-out request. Looking forward to trying another property from this brand. Fingers crossed!

The hotel's amenities were fantastic! The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great, with the hotel being only a short 6-minute walk to the nearby BART light rail station and a 10-minute walk to the Sprout Farm shop. The hotel had a nice club where guests could swim and play basketball.

We spent our New Year's Eve at a hotel in the Bay Area and had an overall great experience. We were able to take advantage of two complementary things - breakfast each morning and a shuttle service that took us to local attractions. the location was also really appealing, being close to great places for hiking and shopping.

There were also some aspects that detracted from our experience. Our room was quite noisy, with sounds from the hallway and nearby elevators that kept us awake at night.
