Great location, close to the lake and main attractions. Free beach access provided, saving us money. The staff was kind and helpful.

The motel is poorly maintained with old, rotten carpet and peeling vinyl in the sink. The toilet was small and the bed sheets smelled bad.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right by the Heavenly Gondola. We loved being able to easily access the slopes and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. The convenience was unbeatable.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better - it was right in the heart of things, just a short walk away from the heavenly gondola and close to the beautiful private beach. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, with a mini fridge, microwave, hot shower with good pressure. The cleanliness was top-notch, and we also appreciated the free parking and the fact that beach access was included with our stay, saving us money.

The location was absolutely ideal for our New Year getaway. We were just a few steps away from the main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It made exploring the area so convenient and saved us a lot of time. Additionally, the hotel offered complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch. It was a simple spread, but it provided us with enough fuel to start our day of adventures.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired.

The room size was great, with double windows and a table by them, making evenings enjoyable. The location was convenient, near the beach with easy sunset views. The staff were very nice and accommodating throughout our 6-night stay.

The food for breakfast could have been better, with cold cereal and rolls being the only options available.
