The concierge who took care of my check-in was friendly and professional. The location of the hotel was awesome, you can easily walk to all major attractions and the street is fairly silent at night. The cleanliness was also good, the housekeeping staff did a decent job cleaning the room every morning.

The bathroom was not as comfortable as I hoped. There was no rack or hook to hang my clothes and the counter was too small, which made it challenging to arrange all my toiletries.
