The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to downtown Buffalo and nearby attractions. The rooms were impeccably clean and had a modern feel, making for a comfortable stay. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and the breakfast offerings were delicious and varied.

The pool was not properly maintained, with too many chemicals causing discomfort and burning eyes.

The free breakfast and dinners were amazing, and the kitchenette in our room was modern and well-equipped. The whole place felt cozy and decorated for the season. The location was perfect with many restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel.

From a Vietnamese Pho place to Mexican and Asian fusion, and even a chicken place, there's something for everyone. The service and staff at this hotel are excellent. They are warm, friendly, and accommodating, making you feel right at home. The rooms are well-equipped and clean, with very comfortable beds. The step-in shower is amazing and adds to the overall comfort of the stay. The breakfast provided at this hotel is well above average. With a variety of options such as eggs, tomatoes, bacon, sausages, cheese, pancakes with berries and whipping cream.

The beds were comfortable and each room had a nice bathroom. The main area was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen, couch, and chair. We appreciated the complimentary popcorn, coffee, and kitchen supplies provided. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions such as waterbikes and laser tag. It was also just a short 30-minute drive to Niagara Falls. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Staybridge Suites for a family vacation.

Spacious Suites: The suites were so roomy and comfortable, I felt like I had my own mini apartment! It was like having a luxury penthouse without the hefty price tag.

The location is perfect, situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood, yet close to all the good shopping areas. Niagara Falls is just a short drive away. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, with wonderful amenities such as a kitchen with fridge, microwave, and seating area. The hotel staff is very accommodating and provides a great service. Lastly, the breakfast has plenty of options, and the hotel has a pool and workout area.

One downside is that the couch in the room may be worn out and may need to be replaced.
