The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to downtown Buffalo and nearby attractions. The rooms were impeccably clean and had a modern feel, making for a comfortable stay. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and the breakfast offerings were delicious and varied.

The pool was not properly maintained, with too many chemicals causing discomfort and burning eyes.

The facilities offer a variety of amenities including restaurants, bar, laundry room, business center, outdoor patio. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The location is convenient with nearby eateries. Breakfast is included and there is free parking.

The free breakfast and dinners were amazing, and the kitchenette in our room was modern and well-equipped. The whole place felt cozy and decorated for the season. Our stay at Staybridge Suites was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was more like a small 1 bedroom apartment with all the amenities we needed. From a Vietnamese Pho place to Mexican and Asian fusion, and even a chicken place, there's something for everyone. The service and staff at this hotel are excellent. They are warm, friendly, and accommodating, making you feel right at home. The rooms are well-equipped and clean, with very comfortable beds. The step-in shower is amazing and adds to the overall comfort of the stay. The breakfast provided at this hotel is well above average. With a variety of options such as eggs, tomatoes, bacon, sausages, cheese, pancakes with berries and whipping cream.

Spacious Suites: The suites were so roomy and comfortable, I felt like I had my own mini apartment! It was like having a luxury penthouse without the hefty price tag.

The location is perfect, situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood, yet close to all the good shopping areas. Niagara Falls is just a short drive away. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, with wonderful amenities such as a kitchen with fridge, microwave, and seating area. The hotel staff is very accommodating and provides a great service. Lastly, the breakfast has plenty of options, and the hotel has a pool and workout area.

One downside is that the couch in the room may be worn out and may need to be replaced.
