The hotel is situated in a prime location, surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. the quality of the service was superb, and the breakfast was one of the best I've had. the room was well-equipped, and a nice touch was the fresh orange juice every morning.

The decor of the hotel was a bit dated and could use a refresh. the room was small and could be noisy due to unfamiliar sounds at night.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the hotel had a beautiful exterior. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby tube stations, shopping, pubs, and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely little back garden that was perfect for enjoying a sunny evening.

On the downside, the room I stayed in was quite small and not worth the money. the wardrobe was difficult to open and obstructed the room door when open.
