I absolutely adored the clean, inviting atmosphere at the hotel! The indoor pool and hot tub were exceptionally well-maintained, a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering a generous spread with options like waffles and fresh fruits!

during my stay, I loved that I was just a short walk from the Chattanooga Convention Center and the vibrant Creative Discovery Museum, which made exploring the local culture super easy and fun.

Comfortable suite, friendly staff, complemented by a fantastic breakfast with various options such as fresh fruit and hot waffles, all conveniently located near several attractions and just a short distance from the complimentary shuttle service that takes you around town.

Everything was perfect.

We stayed in a One Queen Studio Suite during Columbus Day weekend. The breakfast options were better than expected, and the free shuttle made exploring nearby attractions easy. While some amenities showed signs of wear and could use updating, the staff was accommodating and the atmosphere was suitable for families. Great for those traveling with pets.

The rooms could use better cleaning!!! It's disappointing to find unwashed linens and dirty furniture!!! Additionally, the elevators are slow and often inoperable, causing unnecessary delays!!! I also suggest improving the parking situation and making sure all guests are informed about fees!!!

Housekeeping was very inconsistent throughout my stay.

The breakfast was decent but needed more variety, and the overall vibe felt a bit dated. However, the staff were super friendly and helpful, which was a highlight.

During our family trip, we stayed in a spacious One-Bedroom King Suite that had a full-size refrigerator, which was perfect for our longer stay. The breakfast offered was quite good and helped us start our mornings off right. We really appreciated the location, as it was conveniently close to the Chattanooga Convention Center and several attractions, making it easy to explore the area. However, the laundry facilities could use some improvement, as only one washing machine was functioning during our visit.

Wi-Fi was reliable, and the gym was well-equipped. Could use more laundry facilities though.
