My wife says that a kids' play area at the hotel would be perfect for families with children.

The room was spotless and bed was very comfortable. Although I had a bit of an issue at check-in, the receptionist was extremely helpful and resolved it quickly. The breakfast selection was great and the location was convenient for exploring the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property was well taken care of and the staff, especially Braxton at the front desk, were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the pool and hot tub were really nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

It is also centrally located, nearby five national parks and many great places to eat. The rooms are comfortable and clean with spacious bathrooms. The friendly staff is helpful and efficient. Complimentary breakfast includes a variety of delicious food options, like the chocolate waffles. Additionally, the hotel's modern design and facilities make the stay more pleasant.

The ventilation in the pool and spa areas needs to be improved, since the strong chlorine smell is a bit uncomfortable.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased with two things: the quick and efficient check, in process and the comfortable beds. the receptionist was friendly and made the check, in experience pleasant. the beds were great, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of holiday activities. Additionally, the hotel's key location near the freeway and close to everything was a major advantage. It made it convenient for us to explore the city and enjoy nearby attractions without wasting much time on transportation.

There were a few negatives that I found during my stay. the pillows in the room were thin and hard, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on them.
