My family and I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites and had a wonderful time. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our check-in and check-out process seamless. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. They even accommodated us with cribs for our babies. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and plentiful, ensuring we were fuelled for the day ahead. we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be choosing Staybridge Suites for future trips.

The hotel was conveniently located near various restaurants and shopping options, making it easy to find something to eat or pick up any necessities. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, providing good customer service. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

There were issues with our reservation, as it was not properly entered into the hotel's system. This led to us receiving a different room than what we had booked, which was quite inconvenient.

Great stay over Easter weekend! Loved the spacious and clean rooms, plus the convenience of having a small kitchen. the breakfast spread was better than expected, with a good variety of options. the location was key, with plenty of nearby restaurants and even a fun entertainment center for the kids. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The smoking floor on the 4th floor was a downside, as it caused the 3rd floor to be a bit smokey as well. Also, the pool could use some improvement in terms of maintenance.

We had a great time during our romantic escape at this hotel. the room was clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the convenient location, with plenty of restaurants and easy access to the expressway nearby. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, offering a variety of freshly cooked options.

We did notice a couple of negative aspects. the soundproofing in the rooms was not very effective, as we could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

This hotel in a growing area north of Cincinnati offers great value for money. The rooms are updated and clean with a full kitchen and a comfortable king-size bed. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are all top-notch. Breakfast is included in the rate and is served daily, adding to the overall convenience.
