The location was incredibly convenient for my doctor's appointment. The breakfast provided in a small bag was a nice touch. The staff, particularly Ryan, were welcoming and answered all our questions.

Although the pull-out couch was small, we managed to make it work during our stay. However, it would be more comfortable to have two beds for our next trip.

I had an amazing stay at Staybridge Suites in Mayfield Heights. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfy bed and a mostly quiet atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my time there enjoyable from start to finish.

Had a great romantic getaway! the hotel staff were super friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the lobby was beautifully decorated and spacious. the room matched the pictures, with a comfy bed and a nicely tiled bathroom. We loved the delicious breakfast buffet that was included. Also, the location was perfect for us, close to everything we wanted to explore in the area.

There were a few things that could be improved. the TV in the room was locked to one input, so we couldn't connect our Firestick to watch Netflix.

The accommodations were neat and clean, and the beds were very comfortable with a good selection of pillows. the breakfasts were great, with a variety of fresh fruit, eggs, waffles, and meats. the option of a light dinner on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday was perfect after a busy day of sightseeing.

The staff was unprofessional, using improper grammar and displaying a bad attitude. When I asked for a blanket, the front desk staff barely acknowledged me and seemed disinterested.
