I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites in Merrillville for a leisure trip, and I was thoroughly impressed. The rooms were absolutely lovely, clean, and spacious. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating, ensuring that my two requested rooms were close together. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and I was especially pleased with the comfortable beds and soft, clean towels. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the delicious breakfast provided a great start to my day. Furthermore, the lobby and lounges were perfect for relaxing and meeting up with friends. I definitely felt like I got my money's worth and then some.

The staff is great, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are exceptional, with high ceilings and fully stocked kitchens. The pool is heated and well-maintained. The hotel has a nice vibe and is very clean.

Nothing it was perfect.

Our stay at the hotel was disappointing. the non-smoking policy was not enforced, and the hallway leading to our room was filled with cigarette smoke, which made our room smell terrible. Additionally, the hotel allowed pets and one guest's dog jumped at us as we were walking to our room. This was a safety concern and totally unacceptable. the hotel staff also never emptied our trash, despite our request. Given that we were in town for a funeral, this lack of service was highly disappointing and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult time.

We loved the spacious and clean rooms. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the indoor pool and jacuzzi, were great, especially for our grandkids. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, the best we've had at any hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location right across from shopping, making it convenient for us to access.

The room was clean and inviting, with all the necessary amenities in the bathroom. The staff provided good service and were very friendly and accommodating.
