The hotel is conveniently located off the highway with easy access. The surrounding area offers a variety of good restaurants and a mall up the street. The lobby is cute and the staff are nice. The shower in the room was clean with good water pressure.

The staff initially claimed there were no king rooms available, but eventually found one. The sheets on the pull-out sofa bed were not changed and there was only one towel in the room.

My recent stay at Aloft Houston Shenandoah was a pleasant experience. The hotel has a modern touch and offers a range of amenities and activities. I particularly enjoyed the Bluetooth speaker and updated mini-fridge in the room. The convenient set-up and upgraded room features added to the overall comfort of my stay. The location of the hotel, tucked away off the highway, provided a peaceful atmosphere with easy access to the mall and a variety of restaurants.

I absolutely loved the modern, chic decor and the clean, welcoming atmosphere. The lounge downstairs was perfect for our family Bible Study and Devotion. The staff was amazing - extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The upgraded King room had a nice mini fridge, walk-in shower, and a comfy bed. The location was great with plenty of parking. a fantastic experience!

The décor of the hotel was stunning, very modern and chic. the hotel was very clean, and we loved that it was pet-friendly. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the location made it easy to access the highway and nearby restaurants. the lounge downstairs was a great space for our family Bible study and devotion, and the bar and pool table made it feel like we were at a cool destination.

the hotel only refreshed rooms every other day, so we had to request our room to be refreshed. we booked through a third-party website and were told that our room wasn't guaranteed, even though we booked a king room.
