The staff at the hotel were excellent and provided great service. The common areas were clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with a mall, movie theater, and restaurants nearby.

There were some cleanliness issues with the hotel. The bed linens and kitchen appliances were not properly cleaned.

Our stay at Staybridge Suites was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, surrounded by great dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites in Rochester for a week while house hunting. The spacious room with a full kitchen was perfect for my needs. The bed was comfortable and the heating in the room was excellent. I also appreciated the thoughtful setup of shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the shower. The hotel's location in the NW part of town was convenient, and the staff, especially those working during breakfast and evening hospitality times, were friendly and pleasant. it was a quiet and enjoyable stay with helpful and available staff.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Rochester and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was excellent - the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the accommodations. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was also impressive, from the clean and well-maintained rooms to the attentive and friendly staff. I especially appreciated the basic amenities that were provided, like the comfy reclining chairs in the rooms and the availability of two bathrooms. The full kitchen was a great feature as well, allowing me to prepare meals and feel at home during my stay. Another standout aspect of this hotel was the entertainment options. The in-room movie theater seating made for a fun and comfortable movie night, and the complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options for everyone. I also loved that they provided free food from Monday to Wednesday, a pleasant surprise that added extra value to my stay.

I think there is room for improvement in terms of the cleanliness of the dining area.

The staff was excellent, room was nice, and price was reasonable. We enjoyed the hot breakfast every morning and the dinner socials at night. The theatre room was a nice surprise! We will definitely be back! The Evening reception was terrific as was the morning breakfast. Pool and Hot tub were very nice and the location was convenient. The room, kitchenette and furnishings were all very nice.

We had a great stay here. The hotel had clean rooms and facilities, and the parking was convenient. The location was not right by the hospital campuses but still in a newer development of the city. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a relief to have everything we needed in one place, especially after long days at the hospital.
