The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to both the rail station and cruise terminal. It is also right on the edge of the fjord, providing beautiful views. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The breakfast offers a nice variety and there is even a dedicated barista who makes great cappuccinos. The hotel is also near the railway station, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.

One minor negative aspect is that the area outside the hotel can be quite deserted in the evenings.

We had a great time at Clarion! Stayed for a week to explore the city and embark on our Hurtigruten cruise. The room was comfortable and quiet. Loved the outside sky terrace with its amazing views. The underground parking was a bonus. Conveniently located near the train station and close to an indoor swimming pool. The large, modern room was perfect for our family, especially with the kids' rooms equipped with air hockey and PlayStation. And the breakfast selection was fantastic!

The breakfast was good with beautiful views. it had a public waterpark next door with several pools. The staff were friendly and accommodating, they tried their best to make our stay comfortable. It was a great location with amazing sea view from the room.

The hotel didn't have a bar or restaurant on-site and is far from the center of the city and its attractions. The room was a bit small and not very soundproof.

Our room had a beautiful sea view and the rooftop restaurant and bar were fantastic. the hotel is located in a scenic bay with a lovely walk along the sea. the large parking lot was a plus and we also appreciated the option to refuse daily room service. our four-day stay and New Year's Eve celebration were delightful, especially with the unique restaurant Astrum Skybar and the nearby waterpark Pirbadet.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The rooms were well-equipped and cosy, with very comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, with a wide variety of choices. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within a short 10-minute walk from the city center, where I had access to plenty of restaurants and shopping stores. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the quay of the cruise ships, and not far from the train station and bus terminal.
