The location was perfect, as it was very close to SeaWorld and we were able to see the fireworks from our room at night. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. The staff, especially Gabbie, were friendly and accommodating, even finding us a room when we arrived early. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including fresh fruit and cottage cheese. The manager also went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly. The shuttle to SeaWorld was a convenient bonus. We can't wait to stay at Staybridge Suites again on our next visit.

I had an amazing time at this hotel during my visit to SeaWorld. The location was perfect, just a short 4-minute drive away. The hotel provided a convenient shuttle service, saving me the hassle and cost of parking at SeaWorld. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from the front desk to the shuttle drivers. They gave me great money-saving tips and even struck up conversations with my son about wrestling. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good assortment of delicious food.

Staff: the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made the check, in and check, out process simple, and they went out of their way to make things easier for guests, such as providing the wifi password and a list of TV channels.

Cleanliness: There were a few areas of the room that could have been cleaner, such as spots on the mirror and a not, so, clean toilet. the sofa in the room also appeared to be worn out.

This hotel was just what we needed for our visit to Sea World. Its location was perfect, making it easy to get to and from the park. The room we stayed in had a kitchenette which made it easy for us to prepare food and save money on meals. Additionally, breakfast was included, so we could start our day without having to go out to eat.

All was fine, no complaints.

The room was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. the shuttle service provided by the hotel was convenient, especially when my daughter was tired. the location of the hotel was also ideal, with a key attraction nearby and easy access to transportation.

The front desk made an error with our payment, causing our account to be locked. This created a huge hassle and if we didn't have another card, our vacation would have been ruined.
