I had a wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast. The location was perfect, in a really quiet area not far from downtown. The hotel facilities were great, with comfortable beds and a spacious bedroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Transportation was convenient, with bus lines nearby for easy access to downtown attractions.

During our Christmas stay at this B&B, we really liked the comfortable bed and the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the house. the location was also great, with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful neighborhood. Additionally, we appreciated the fresh breakfast options, which included a variety of fruits, pastries, and cereals.

We did have a few concerns during our stay. the building itself seemed to be in need of some maintenance, with carpets and beds that could benefit from replacement.

Beautiful verandas for sitting, swimming pool and nice garden, friendly host, tea and coffee available all day. Free parking, near useful bus route, cluster of restaurants and shops nearby. Delicious breakfast, gorgeous gardens, well-decorated house. Plenty of towels, toiletries, and water. Location in Hyde Park neighborhood, felt like having the house to myself, enjoyed reading on the patio, hot bath in oversized tub. Nice area, convenient drive to downtown, walkable to shops and restaurants. Lovely shaded pool area, fountain, porch, and breakfast room. Large room, wide array of cable TV options.

We loved the peaceful location in a nice neighborhood, close to bus lines for easy access to downtown attractions. The breakfast options for vegans were accommodating and delicious. The old house with its fascinating history was beautiful. The hotel had plenty of cold bottled water and a variety of cereals available all day. The staff, Barb and Strick, were friendly and accommodating hosts.

I recently stayed at a charming B&B in Austin for a weekend getaway. The historic house is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. The owner, who was lovely, has done a great job in creating a serene garden area. a unique and relaxing place to stay.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the comfortable beds and beautiful rooms. the sheets were of high quality and provided a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and the convenience of a wrap-around porch, which was a delightful spot to relax and enjoy the rainy days.

We were disappointed with the lack of variety in the breakfast options. the limited choices, mainly consisting of pastries, breads, and yogurt, were not what we were expecting for a proper breakfast.

As bike riders, we were thrilled with the bike-friendly amenities at the Strickland Arms B&B. The location was perfect for exploring the area on two wheels, and the staff provided excellent communication and support. The neighborhood was great for walking, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants and a grocery store. The rooms were spacious, and we especially loved sipping tea on the outdoor porch while listening to the water fountain. The back yard was a hidden gem, offering a beautiful and relaxing space to unwind after a day of biking.

I stayed at this charming B&B while visiting my daughter in Hyde Park. The location was ideal, in a quiet neighborhood with off-street parking. The old house had a unique character, with interesting historical artifacts to explore, like the Sears catalog and old letters. The breakfast was delicious and I loved the laid-back feel of serving myself. The gardens, despite needing some upkeep, had a lovely layout and the owners were delightful. a great experience!
