The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, making us feel comfortable during our stay.

The breakfasts were lovely, with a good variety of food and healthy choices. The hotel's location was great, just a 10-minute walk to the train station and about 20 minutes from top attractions. the rooftop deck was a nice place to relax and enjoy the view.

The rooms were a little tired in places and could use some updating. The noise from the club across the road and the construction of the tramway route made it quite noisy, especially in the front rooms.

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is close to all the attractions and right next to a major train line. The room and bathroom are modern and comfortable, and the service provided by the hotel reception staff is friendly and professional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering us a quiet room on the top floor and promptly changing it when we encountered ventilation noises. The breakfast spread was amazing, featuring everything from fresh ice cream to fluffy pancakes and delicious honey. We also appreciated the secure parking in the garage and the reasonable additional charge for our furry friend.
