Friendly, helpful staff made my stay enjoyable.

During my stay, I faced multiple issues. The housekeepers were overly loud and rude, even gossiping about my room's smell while I was nearby. I also found that there were no do not disturb signs available, causing disruptions as housekeeping came unannounced. This lack of consideration for my rest was quite frustrating.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The first room I was given had a terrible odor that was reminiscent of urine. After requesting a room change, I still found the cleanliness lacking, with dirty floors that left my socks visibly grimy. The bathrooms also felt outdated and in need of proper maintenance, which detracted from the overall comfort.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. I had some noise from the nearby train tracks that disturbed my sleep.

Loved lounging by the outdoor pool and enjoying the cozy shade by the lounge chairs. The only downside was the occasional noise from nearby traffic, but it didn’t ruin my experience. 😊

I stayed in a Quadruple Room for a week, and it was really cozy. The room was surprisingly clean, and the fridge was a good size for all our snacks. The staff were mostly nice and helpful. The pool area felt private with that brick wall around it, which was a nice touch. Housekeeping was on point, checking every day. Just a great experience overall with comfy beds and space for the whole family. Totally worth it for the price.

I stayed in a King Room for 7 nights, and it was super comfy! The room felt fresh because it looked recently remodeled. The beds were nice and cozy, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I did have some little hiccups, like noise from outside, but the place was really well-kept overall. Plus, the staff was super attentive! Definitely a great value for the price.
