The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our entire visit. They allowed us to check in early and provided an extra parking pass for our family member. The location was convenient, with the Louisville Hall of Fame and the ballpark nearby. We appreciated the ability to do laundry and the great shower pressure. The hotel offered free breakfast, which was good.

The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From check-in to check-out, they were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. the rooms were clean and comfortable, just as advertised. I also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, with plenty of attractions and amenities within walking distance. the service and quality of this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The surrounding area of the hotel was a bit sketchy and made me feel uncomfortable, especially when walking around at night. the noise from traffic was also quite loud, making it difficult to sleep at times.

Our stay at Residence Inn was very pleasant. The location was great, right next door to a Bourbon bar and close to downtown activities. The room was clean, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. we enjoyed our stay.

I had a really good experience at this hotel. the rooms were great - they had a kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave which made life so much easier. The location was also a big plus, as it was near the Bats baseball park, the convention center, and NewLou. It was close to almost everything downtown, which was really convenient. Additionally, the breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel.

We had an amazing experience at Residence Inn! The room was great, with a kitchen for cooking, and the value for money was excellent. The location was perfect, within walking distance to dinner and other attractions. The staff treated us like family, especially Heather and Ricky who went above and beyond to help us. The free breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel, with plenty of seating and a well-maintained area.

The only thing that could make the food for breakfast better is to update the decor in the dining area. Other than that, everything was perfect during our stay.

The room was cozy and had all the amenities you would expect. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus and staying open late was a plus.

The welcoming meet and greet on the day of our arrival with complimentary drinks and food was a nice touch. We also loved the delicious strawberry-infused water in the front area. Despite it being Derby weekend, we felt very welcome and happy during our stay.

There was a spring in the bed of room 332 that was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the carpet cleaning in our room was intrusive, and although we were told it would only take an hour, the floor was still damp until the next morning.

We recently had a great stay close to most activities and downtown attractions. The rooms were comfortable with a well-appointed kitchen area, perfect for families. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day before seeing the sights close to everything downtown. The friendly front desk team had excellent knowledge and suggestions for family-friendly places to visit nearby, including the bats stadium.

The hotel is currently under construction, and some amenities like the hot tub are no longer available.
