Sundown Inn was a spectacular getaway located a block from downtown Mirror Bay area and restaurants, and a 5-minute walk from the beach/boardwalk. The staff was great, and the room was cozy with unique architecture and a comfortable bed. The massage feature on the bed was a fun bonus, and the room was mostly clean. The location was perfect for exploring and the wall heater kept us warm on a chilly night. Highly recommended!

This motel is absolutely mind-blowing! The owners are super kind and welcoming, unlike those impersonal chain hotels. The location is jaw-dropping – just a short walk to shops and restaurants. The room was squeaky clean and oh-so comfortable. Plus, the on-site car park was a major convenience. Perfect for a solo traveler seeking a relaxing "home away from home" experience without any pets or smoking. And the free wi-fi, flat-screen TV, and nearby golf course added the cherry on top of this amazing stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this neat little inn! the room was cozy and clean, and my kids had a blast with the quarter-operated bed vibrator. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the bay where we enjoyed watching sea lions and sea otters. the staff was friendly and even gave us a discount card for a delicious breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Despite only staying for one night, I fell in love with the charming town of Morro Bay and can't wait to come back and explore more.
