The gym’s lekker big, we had the whole space to ourselves! And that bottled water? The room was spacious enough for a quiet night, not too far from the lively spots in town.

Only downside? Lack of walkable restaurants around made it a bit tricky for late nights. Gotta plan ahead, chommie!

The gym was spacious and had bottled water available, which was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was remarkable, and we loved our room on the 10th floor, as it was peaceful. The bar area provided a cozy spot for drinks and snacks. Staff were accommodating, and the bed was quite comfortable.

The room was comfortable and beautifully updated. The lobby lavatory was disgusting, with nearly every stall unusable. Fun pool table for relaxation, but wifi didn't work well during our stay.

The ongoing renovations create an unpleasant environment!!! The room cleanliness needs significant improvement, considering stained sheets and unclean bathrooms!!! Access to parking during busy times can be a headache!!! Room features often don’t match advertisements!!!

The room was really spacious and super clean, which I loved. I had a comfortable bed that helped me catch up on sleep. Free coffee in the lobby was a nice bonus, and the 24-hour gym had bottles of water available, which made working out easier. A bit of a bummer though—there weren't many restaurants nearby if you wanted to eat out last minute. Still, the size and cleanliness of the room made my stay pleasant!

The health club and indoor pool were perfect spots to unwind. Breakfast was good, but could be warmer. Overall, the rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Make sure to check the restaurant menu prices. dinner can get pricey!

One downside was that the concierge lounge ran out of food really fast. If you weren't there early, you’d miss out on what they offered.

this hotel provides an amazing central spot with quick access to a variety of restaurants like Arirang just a few steps away and beautiful walking paths at neighboring Lincoln Park, making it perfect for weekend explorers like me.

The laundry situation is ridiculous with outdated machines and limited availability!!! Room cleanliness varied widely, and many areas felt neglected!!! A major overhaul of the decor and amenities is desperately needed!!!

the indoor pool area needs better cleaning but the location is super close to the university and food options were within walking distance. The gym was open 24 hours which was great for my schedule. My room had a warm welcome on the tv.

The Concierge Level King room I stayed in was pretty spacious and clean. Loved that they had free coffee available, and the staff was really nice, which added a great touch to my stay. The bed was super comfy, and it was nice to have personalized service when I checked in.
