the value for money was fantastic. I couldn't believe the prices compared to some other hotels I've stayed at. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable. The rooms were always clean and well-maintained, and the basic amenities provided were exactly what I needed. The staff at this hotel truly impressed me with their exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast options were outstanding. The variety of choices available in the morning was a pleasant surprise, and I have to mention that the breakfast was simply awesome.

They were knowledgeable about the area and gave great recommendations for things to do. the hotel itself was well maintained and clean, with a spotless room and fully stocked kitchen. the fitness center was impressive and the breakfast provided every morning was delicious. Another advantage of this hotel was its convenient location, just off the highway and close to many dining options.

I did have one issue during my stay. There was a sneaky back door charge for bringing my pet, even though I had already informed the property about traveling with my dog.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the Joplin area and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The hotel is in a central location close to everything and had many eating establishments close by. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, with a good-sized kitchen and comfortable beds. We received excellent service from the friendly staff who were always smiling and helpful. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the lounge area was relaxing. Additionally, we loved the beautiful patio area outside with a fire pit – perfect for relaxing in the evening.

We did notice that one of the other guests had unruly children in the breakfast area, which made it a bit chaotic.

This hotel offers great value for money as it provides spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and a kitchen for 80-90 dollars less than other hotels. Additionally, the hotel's staff is helpful in recommending restaurants in the area and its breakfast was excellent, served on real plates.

The hotel could improve its attention to detail by ensuring that A/C heater vents are clean, and that hot food is kept hot and cold food is kept cold during breakfast service.
