Great indoor pool. Wi-Fi was spotty. Appreciated 24-hour reception and luggage storage.

Consider using the 24-hour desk for late night check-ins. it really eased our arrival at 2:30 am.

The rooms are clean, comfy, and quiet, making it a peaceful retreat after a long drive. I appreciated the tasty breakfast options and the friendly staff who always seemed available.

However, parking was a little tricky, and the pool could definitely use some warmth. Make sure to double-check your charges. I saw some billing errors from other guests during my stay.

Had some inconvenience with room security when someone else approached with keys for the same space, which is a little unsettling. Additionally, I noticed some cleanliness issues, like hair in the bath tub and leftover peanuts in the bedding, hinting the maids might've skipped a deep clean. There's also no hot tub, which was a bummer after a long day of exploring. Overall, I think they could tighten up on cleaning and security for a better experience.

what a disappointment! my room was next to a barking dog all night, pure chaos. the pool was too cold for any relaxation. i almost gave a good review until i realized no one offered me a room change or any kind of discount as compensation for my suffering.

hotel had a modern feel that made my stay very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety, though the omelets were pre-made. It’s also conveniently located near some great restaurants and shops. I’ll definitely return when I’m back in Bismarck!

Breakfast was well stocked with a variety of options, including fresh fruit and hot items (loved the hash browns! ). The location was super convenient, close to shops and eateries. Very friendly staff made the stay even better!

The room was really clean and spacious! I loved the mattress. it felt super comfy for a good night's sleep. The only downside was some stains on the sheets, but I pointed them out right away. The water pressure could've been better too. Still, the setup was modern and had good amenities like a 24/7 coffee area. I appreciated the breakfast options, though it could use more vegan-friendly choices!
