I got a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had plenty of towels, which is rare these days. The location was safe and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful without being too personal.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be more options for hot food.

I gotta say, for the price I paid, the value was top-notch. The room was clean, spacious, and super comfy. The staff at the hotel were amazing - so friendly and helpful. They even went above and beyond to help us secure an extra night when we made a booking error. Kudos to their excellent customer service!

I recently stayed at Quality Inn in Creston for 2 nights. The location was perfect for easy access to Balloon Day Activities, Walmart, and restaurants. The hotel has two buildings, and I stayed in the lower building. The lobby area was comfortable and inviting. The employees were nice and approachable. Despite a couple of small issues with housekeeping and wake-up calls, the staff provided great customer service and were able to accommodate my request for an additional night. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. it was a convenient and enjoyable stay.
