I had a fabulous stay at this beautiful hotel in the North of China. The room was lovely, with a great view over the bay and a comfortable bed. The slippers and bathrobe provided were top-notch. The staff went out of their way to please and the service was excellent. The buffet dinner offered a great variety of food, and the view from the room over the bridge was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were very helpful, the buffet lunch was very good, and the Zhen Bao restaurant was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool and steam room were enjoyable.

The hotel's design and architecture were absolutely stunning, making our romantic getaway feel like a fairy tale. the staff provided excellent service and catered to our needs, and the view from our room was breathtaking. the location was also convenient, with many attractions within walking distance and downtown just a short taxi ride away.

One minor downside was the limited breakfast hours on weekends, which felt a bit short. Additionally, the gym could have had more equipment available.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The 10th-floor room I stayed in had the most incredible view, which is the main reason I chose this hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the interior was luxurious, and the staff could communicate in basic English. The pool and gym facilities were also impressive, especially when you can enjoy the city view while swimming at night. The restaurant was great too, with reasonable prices for such a high-class hotel. my experience was wonderful, classy, and elegant.

Nothing everything was great.

We were amazed by the stunning architecture of the castle and the beautiful view from our room. The high-tech toilet with all its bells and whistles, along with the heated seat that opens automatically, was a pleasant surprise. The grand and bright foyer added to the luxurious feel of the hotel. The staff members were excellent, speaking English and being very kind and accommodating. We also appreciated the good wifi connection, which was important for us as foreign tourists.

Rooms have breathtaking sea views and are exactly as shown in pictures. Great location near the bridge and square. Helpful and attentive staff with English-speaking capabilities. Spacious and clean facilities including a large pool and gym. Enjoyable dining experience with reasonably priced high-quality food.

Wow, what an incredible experience at The Castle Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the exquisite atmosphere and attention to detail. The rooms were simply amazing, with comfortable beds and luxurious amenities. We couldn't get enough of the stunning view and the beautiful decor. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the ambiance of the bar with live music. It truly felt like stepping into a fairytale. Highly recommended!

The hotel had beautiful architecture and decor, making it visually stunning. the rooms were spacious and offered great views, especially of the sea. the hotel's location was perfect, situated on a small hill and offering a peaceful and scenic environment.

The service quality was lacking, with staff members at the concierge desk and check-in counter struggling with English language skills. Certain amenities that are commonly provided by luxury hotels, such as turn down service, were missing.
