The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. They took my soaked boots and dried them in an industrial dryer, which was mind-blowing. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. The manager even found a shirt I had forgotten and had it returned to me. The property had a lovely gazebo and the staff accommodated our needs. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Plus, getting a first-floor room was a huge bonus for those who have trouble with stairs.

As foreign tourists, we loved the friendly staff and their willingness to accommodate our needs during our stay. They even dried our boots in the industrial dryer after getting caught in the rain. The breakfast provided was very nice, and having a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room was a big bonus. The room was clean and housekeeping was incredibly nice. We also appreciated being able to call ahead and let them know about our late arrival due to delayed flights. the staff and amenities made for a pleasant stay.

The continental breakfast was great with a variety of options including biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, fruit, and cereal. The room was equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which made our stay more convenient. Additionally, the hotel's location near a discount grocery store and a steakhouse buffet across the street made it easy to find everything we needed during our stay.

One downside was that the room only provided a small bottle of shampoo and two bars of body wash. It would have been nice to have conditioner as well.

We were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness and honesty of the hotel staff. The manager went out of her way to locate a forgotten item and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the beds were comfortable with fluffy pillows. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to all shopping areas and downtown.

There were a couple of negatives during our stay. the room we were initially allocated was not as advertised, with only one bed instead of two.
