Ja, the brekkie was a proper feast! Fresh fruit, waffles, and real eggs. Also, Jessica at reception was super helpful, letting us check out the room before we settled in. Pool was nice and warm, perfect for a dip after a long day.

Only downside was the low toilet—had to do a bit of a squat, eina!

The rooms were impeccably clean and the staff's attention to detail really stood out! I loved that the breakfast was fully stocked with options like hot eggs and make-your-own waffles, which made mornings feel extra special. Plus, the view from my room of Lake Michigan was simply stunning, making my stay even more delightful!

check-in was a bit chaotic the staff missed our request for early check-in. the breakfast had good variety with fresh items and the room view was lovely of the water. the pool area was clean and enjoyable.

One day, I faced a reservation issue when my room was moved at the last minute, which made my stay less comfortable, especially since I had some mobility challenges. I appreciate the location, being close to various attractions, which made exploring easier. I am single and used to traveling alone, so these details matter to me.

However, we faced some issues during our stay. The indoor pool temperature was surprisingly cold, making it less inviting, and there were loud noises from kids jumping around in the room above us, which interrupted our peace. Also, the absence of elevators made lugging our bags up to the second floor a bit of a hassle, especially after a long drive. Lastly, while the heater had its quirks, it did add to the overall inconsistent comfort of the room.

Consider requesting a room with a scenic view. it enhances the overall experience with beautiful bay sunsets.
