I recently stayed at Super 8 in Rochelle for a few nights and it was a great experience. The location was perfect for my travel needs and the quality of the hotel was good. It may not be luxurious, but it was clean and functional. The staff, from the woman on duty when I arrived to the friendly receptionists, were all very pleasant and welcoming. The cleaning staff was also friendly, helpful, and efficient. it was a clean, quiet, and convenient stay.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfy, the staff was friendly, and the value was great. We would definitely stay again. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 6, including my elderly mom who needed special accommodations. The breakfast options were good and the day staff was accommodating and nice. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the WiFi worked great. The parking lot was well-lit with cameras throughout.

Experienced numerous issues with the key card, had to call staff multiple times to assist. The customer service from one staff member in the evening/night was less than satisfactory, seemed constantly annoyed and upset.

The room itself was clean and inviting, with comfortable beds and soft pillows. We also enjoyed the breakfast offered each morning, which had a variety of options to choose from and saved us money on eating out. The hotel's location was also convenient, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area.

There were a couple of aspects that we were not satisfied with. the smell of smoke was noticeable in certain areas of the hotel, particularly near the front entrance.

The breakfast options were varied, with waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereals, oatmeal. Saving on eating out each morning was a great value. The laundry room was clean and economical, which was a lifesaver during my stay.

The walls were very thin, and I could hear my neighbors in the next room taking a shower and flushing the toilet. It was quite loud, especially during the night.
