I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and thick mattresses that made my stay comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring my needs were met.

my stay was comfortable and exceeded my expectations compared to previous nights in sulphur. the room was clean and quiet, with good amenities like a fridge and microwave. overall, quality inn made it easy to relax after a long day of travel.

Upon check-in, we found that the room was poorly maintained. The bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder, and we could see visible damage to the walls. Additionally, the breakfast service was disappointing. there were hardly any options available, just a few granola bars. This significantly detracted from our overall experience, leaving us feeling unsatisfied.

However, there were maintenance issues that really stand out. The toilet paper holder was almost hanging off the wall, and I noticed damage on the bathroom walls. The breakfast was a letdown too—only a few granola bars were available, and when I went around 7:30 AM, there was hardly anything left to eat. The entry area didn’t make a great first impression with that taped-up window and dim lighting. Also, slow check-in didn't help the situation, and the first room I got was already occupied, which felt pretty disorganized.

Had an awesome time with friends! The hotel was close to I-10, clean rooms, and friendly staff. We enjoyed golfing at The Country Club at Golden Nugget and checking out local spots. The well-lit parking lot was a plus, and there were no noise issues during our stay. Definitely book this place!
