also, the front desk lady, while initially nice, turned downright rude. can you believe i didn't even recieve a welcome gift for my troubles? absoluteley absurd for the price i paid.

We love how the hotel boasts a modern feel with spacious rooms and comfy beds. The 24/7 fitness center keeps us active, and the parking is a breeze. Plus, Elmer's restaurant next door offers some great dining options, even if it's dine-in only, which is a bit inconvenient.

The neighborhood isn't exactly known for its vibrant dining scene, limiting options nearby.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, giving great service throughout my stay. the heating in my room didn't work well, making it quite chilly at night.

Had a comfy stay with a spacious room. It had a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, nice body soap, and free toiletries. The bed was super cozy with feather pillows, and I appreciated the microwave and mini fridge. Also, the fitness center was functional, and the staff was helpful throughout. Definitely a nice place to chill.

My stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable because of its easy access to several parks, especially Fairview Community Park only about 3 km away, which is perfect for those who love leisurely strolls and nature views. the spacious room further enhanced my experience, allowing for a comfortable retreat after each day of exploring.

Super easy to get to from the airport! The rooms are spacious, clean, and quite modern. There's a 24/7 fitness center—perfect for a midnight workout or when you just can't sleep.

But, good luck getting hot water in the shower! It's like the plumbing is playing hide and seek with comfort.

so we stayed at four points by sheraton and it was pretty good. the room was clean and spacious, which is always a plus. i liked the comfy beds and the staff was nice and helpful when we needed stuff. also, it was close enough to downtown but still kinda chill, which was cool for a night out. no crazy surprises or anything, just a good spot to crash.

only issue was that we could hear everything from the hall, doors slamming and stuff. also, the fridge was kinda noisy and kept me up a bit.

Free parking was convenient and the fitness center was open 24/7. Mattresses sagged badly.

I could hear TVs and conversations like they were right next to me. Plus, the ice machine was out of order the whole stay. For what I paid, it felt like some better soundproofing would be a must. Still, the helpful staff tried their best to resolve concerns.

The hotel was clean and modern. access to public transport was super easy. The staff were great, always ready to help, and the check-in was smooth. Plus, the location was convenient for getting around.
